Support Staff (2nd Shift)

The Terrace Retirement Community is hiring a dedicated individual for a second shift support role! This part-time position involves monitoring the well-being of our residents, ensuring the safety and security of our building, and communicating any needs or concerns to our management team. If you have a passion for helping seniors and can pass a thorough background check, we’d love to have you on our Support Staff team. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor resident well-being and the building’s safety
  • Follow written and verbal instructions with attention to detail
  • Answer and direct phone calls according to our company guidelines
  • Take clear notes and chart for others to review
  • Respond to emergencies calmly and efficiently
  • Perform light lifting (up to 50 lbs)

Shift Details:

  • Friday: 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs

Pay & Benefits:

  • $15.00 per hour
  • 401(k) benefits
  • Weekend availability required
  • Holiday shifts (Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, and December 25th)
